• Space reservations are due January 2, 2008
• Indoor booth rates include an 8' draped table, two (2) chairs, and an identification sign

• Sales are permissible at booths
• Show colors are red and white
• No refunds given after January 2, 2008 - Unless requests for space can not be accommodated

• Electricity is available from a private contractor for an additional charge

Booth Selection
Exhibitors have the opportunity to indicate three choices for booth assignment. Priority will be given to exhibitors requesting the same booth as the previous year if their contract is received in the Ohio Cattlemen’s Association office by January 2, 2008 with full payment. If exhibitors request different locations than were selected the previous year and the space is not requested by the prior occupant, priority will first be given to repeat exhibitors and then on a first come basis. After January 2, 2008, priority will be given according to the date the contract with payment was received in the OCA office.

Trade Show Premier Booth Awards
The judging for the trade show premier booth exhibits is Friday morning. The outstanding booth winner in the two categories, 10' x 10' and 10' x 20' and larger, will receive banners and an Ohio Cattleman magazine discount advertising coupon. This coupon is worth one-half off any size ad that is one-half page or less. 

***NEW FOR 2008***EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS***

 The Ohio Beef Expo is offering Trade Show exhibitors the opportunity to provide Educational Seminars to event attendees.  These seminars will take place all day on Friday and Sunday morning in the sale rings located at the south end of the Trade Show. There will be 1 to 1.5 hour long spots available where you can bring in industry experts to discuss ways to make attendees’ operations more profitable. Since this is the first year for these Educational Seminars, the Ohio Beef Expo will not be charging for this opportunity; however, they are requesting that you place an ad in the Ohio Cattleman magazine advertising your seminar. The schedule of the seminars will be listed in the Official Expo Program and on the OBE Web site for free. Please contact Jamie at the OCA office (jking@ohiobeef.org or 614-873-6736) to schedule your company’s seminar and to take advantage of this great opportunity as these will be available on a first come, first served basis.
