General Sponsorships

Expo Sponsor of the Day

Thursday $1,500, Friday - $3,000, Saturday - $3,000, Sunday - $1,500
This sponsorship entitles your company to naming rights for a day(s) at the Ohio Beef Expo. Sponsorship includes promotion in all pre-event and post-event press releases and on the website, the opportunity to hang banners during your day (company must supply banners), announcements during the day in all Expo buildings and the opportunity to hand out materials on that day.

Expo Cowboy Happy Hour

Sponsorship of the Cowboy Happy Hour includes recognition before and during the Happy Hours on both Friday and Saturday as well as signage during the event. This sponsorship includes a listing in the Expo Program as well as a banner ad on the Expo site. Announcements will also be made throughout the Expo recognizing the sponsors.

Expo Committee

$1,500
Expo staff are very visible before, during and after the event. This sponsorship will provide them with a shirt, vest, or jacket that will identify them as Expo Staff and will carry your company logo.

Official Expo Utility Vehicle Sponsor

$1,500
Sponsorship of the official Expo Utility Vehicles includes an announcement of the sponsorship throughout the event as well as signage on the vehicles. The sponsorship also includes a listing in the Expo program as well as a banner ad on the Expo website.

Educational Seminars Technology

$1,500
Sponsorship of the technology for the Educational Seminars includes recognition before and after each seminar as well as signage at each seminar. A listing of seminars along with the sponsoring company’s logo will be listed in the program.

Official Expo Vet

$1,000
Sponsorship of the official Expo Vet includes an announcement of vet sponsor at the start of each breed show and sale and during the junior show. The sponsorship also includes signage at the event and a listing in the Expo program.

Ohio Beef Expo Wireless Service

Two available at $500
Sponsorship includes your company logo on signage throughout the event and in the program. Your company will also be recognized on the wireless service’s home page as people log in to the service.

Trade Show Hospitality

Three available at $250 each
Three $250 sponsorships are available for the hospitality area to be available to all Trade Show exhibitors. Sponsorship includes a recognition sign displayed in the hospitality area as well as a listing in the Expo Program and on the website.

Concession Stand Cups

$750
Sponsorship includes placing your 16 oz and/or 32 oz cups (cups supplied by the sponsor) in the Ohio Cattlemen’s Association food stand located between the sale rings in the Voinovich building. What better way is there to promote your company name or product than to have hundreds of attendees carry your cups around the grounds?

Sponsorship includes company logo and recognition on the program cover and on program stands throughout the Ohio Beef Expo.

Official Ohio Beef Expo Program Ads

Cost $100- 1/4 page; $200- 1/2 page; $400-full page
Hundreds of Expo attendees will pick up an official Ohio Beef Expo Program during their visit to the show. With a circulation of 5,000, it is a great place to reach cattlemen with your message.

Sale Ring Sponsorships

Two available at $750 each
Sponsorship of sale ring(s) includes an announcement of sale ring sponsor at the start of each breed sale and recognition on the sale schedule sign which hangs above the sale ring. The sponsorship also includes the opportunity to hang a company banner (at the company’s expense) near the sponsored ring. Two $750 sponsorships are available, one for each sale ring.

Expo website Banner Ads

The Ohio Cattlemen’s Association offers your company the opportunity to place a banner ad on the Ohio Beef Expo website. All events at the Expo are published on this site. No banners will be placed on the home page, but can be placed on trade show, breeds or junior show pages. Specify which page you would like when placing your ad. Banners remain in place for one full year. The Ohio Beef Expo website has had daily hits over 105,000 during the event. In addition, the website has significant visitors year round.

Genetic Pathway Sponsorships

Genetic Pathway Social Hour

$1,500
Sponsorship includes signage and recognition during the social hour that will take place on Friday and Saturday. Sponsor will also be listed in the Expo Program.

Youth Activities Sponsorships

Youth Beef Quality Assurance Program

$300 sponsorships to support Youth Beef Quality Assurance Training at the Ohio Beef Expo are available. Sponsorship includes signage and sponsor comments during the BQA session to be held on Saturday.

Judging Contest Awards

Eight available at $200 each
A total of eight $200 sponsorships are available to support the Ohio Beef Expo Judging contest. Sponsors will receive recognition on signage displayed at the registration table on Saturday, and sponsors will have the opportunity to hang a banner in the arena (at the sponsor’s expense) the day of the contest.

Junior Show Sponsorships

Ohio Beef Expo is pleased to be able to highlight the talents and abilities of the youth in our industry by offering a junior’s only show. Individual and corporate sponsorship is being sought to help fund this program. As a sponsor of the Expo Junior Show, you can promote your company at the largest Beef Expo in the Midwest.

Exclusive Junior Show Showmanship Sponsor

Sponsor will have the naming rights to the Ohio Beef Expo Jr. Show Showmanship Contest. They will have their name announced appropriately throughout the contest and their logo will be placed on all showmanship awards, including participation awards. This sponsorship includes a free link to their company’s website and a free website banner advertisement on the Ohio Beef Expo website.

Platinum Sponsors

$1,000 each
Sponsor will have the naming rights to one of the rings (Steer, Heifer & Make-Up) during the event. They will have their name announced appropriately throughout the show. Platinum level sponsorship includes a free link to their company’s website and a free website banner advertisement on the Ohio Beef Expo website.

Junior Show Web Broadcast Sponsors

Four available at $500 each
The Junior Show will once again be broadcast live on the Internet. Sponsors will have their name announced appropriately throughout the show and will have a banner ad on the broadcast site. This sponsorship also includes a free link to their company’s website and a free website banner advertisement on the Ohio Beef Expo website.

Gold Sponsors

Unlimited available at $500 each
Sponsor will have their name on the Gold Sponsors sign displayed in Cooper Arena, and will have their name announced appropriately throughout the show. Gold level sponsorship includes a free link to their company’s website and a free website banner advertisement on the Ohio Beef Expo website.

Division Champion Sponsors (Both Breeds and Crossbreds)

Unlimited available at $150 per breed per ring
Sponsor will have their name on the Breed Sponsors sign displayed in Cooper Arena, and will have their name announced appropriately throughout the show. Includes a free link to their company’s website on the Ohio Beef Expo website (if sponsorship is over $250).

Silver Sponsors

Unlimited available at $250 each
Sponsor will have their name on the Silver Sponsors sign displayed in Cooper Arena, and will have their name announced appropriately throughout the show. Includes a free link to their company’s website on the Ohio Beef Expo website.

Bronze Sponsors

Unlimited available at $150 each
Sponsor will have their name on the Bronze Sponsors sign displayed in Cooper Arena, and will have their name announced appropriately throughout the show.

Class Sponsors

Class sponsors will have their name on the Class Sponsors sign displayed in Cooper Arena, and their name announced appropriately at the beginning of the class.

Junior Show Welcome Party

Four available at $200 each
A total of four $200 sponsorships are available to cover the cost of pizza and pop for junior exhibitors at the conclusion of the junior show fitting demonstration on Friday, March 16. Sponsorship includes recognition on signage at the tables during the party.

Junior Show Benefit Auction

The Junior Show Committee will once again host a semen sale on Saturday during the Ohio Beef Expo. This is a great way to promote your farm or organization. All proceeds from the auction will benefit the Ohio Beef Expo Junior Show and Showmanship. If you would like to donate items for the live auction, call the OCA office at 614-873-6736.
