ALL DISPLAY CATTLE MUST BE TESTED FOR BVD. All cattle consigned to breed sales, show cattle, display breeds and the Genetic Pathway at the 2012 Ohio Beef Expo must be tested negative for Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus (BVDV) persistently infected (PI) status prior to arrival at the 2012 event. Tests must be done within 30 days of the event. Any animals (required to be tested) arriving at the Expo without a negative BVD PI test, will be ineligible to participate in the 2012 Ohio Beef Expo and will be excused from the show grounds. Documentation of testing with negative results must be listed on the required health certificate and/or laboratory report of negative status provided. Test results should be faxed or e-mailed to the OCA office by March 12.

Sunday from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Genetic Pathway is located in the entry of the Voinovich Livestock & Trade Center.
